The Role

 

Our Web Solutions Group comprises 125 staff across London and Sutton working in vertically aligned web development and product management teams and working collaboratively in an Agile (SCRUM) environment to deliver both BAU and specific projects across our online portfolio.

 

This role will work hand in hand with our existing product management, project delivery and development teams along with other stakeholders / senior management team to support the development and delivery of major multi-million pound web development initiatives.

 

Required skills / experience

 

·Experience in a customer facing Business Analysis role within a FTSE100 organisation or large software house. ·Highly customer focused, able to build relationships with key contacts and manage user expectations. ·Demonstrable experience of supporting business process change. ·Strong IS research and design skills. ·Ability to plan forward, analysing possible outcomes and maintaining contingency plans. ·Strong influencing and negotiation skills with experience working at all levels within an organisation up to board level.
